4-Way Promise

When we are doing live-action photography, we can't control the lighting, the direction your gymnast is facing, or other issues like an image that is out of focus when captured.  We can, however, ensure that if you select an image, the print you order will be that image, and will look like the image you selected from the gallery.  We don't mess around with colors, cropping, density, or other items.  We assume that you liked the image the way it looked in the gallery.  

Our famous four-way guarantee is one-of-a-kind in the gymnastics photography business. I don't consider any sale to be complete until the client (that's you) has received the order, cried about how wonderful her gymnast looks, and shared those precious portraits with friends and family. If you can't do that (for whatever reason), I won't be happy.

“I will fix any problem you have with your prints (wrong images, damaged package/prints,  images not like what you saw in the gallery, etc.)

“If I can't fix it, I'll allow you to select a replacement image or images from the meet.

”If we don't have any extra images from which to select replacements, I will let you select an image or images from another meet.

“If that is not possible, I will refund your money.

“It's really that simple. If I can't dazzle you with the images of your child that we capture, I don't deserve your money.”
